A Protected Designation of Origin Single Estate Umbrian extra virgin olive oil oil, more precisely from the Assisi-Spoleto area. Strong fruity, herbaceous taste. Extracted from mainly Moraiolo (no less than 60%), olives as well as Frantoio, Leccino and other varieties. Acidity less than 0.35%.

Particularly suited to dress grilled red meats, game roast and legume soups.
