The Rosso di Montefalco obtained in 1980 the Controlled Origin Denomination and is born from the Sangiovese red grape (60-70%), Sagrantino Grape (10-15%) and other red grapes. Ruby red in colour, subtle aroma and an aromatic, velvety taste it pairs well with red meats and wild game
