The Gradassi olive mill contributes to this important event. Frantoi Aperti (or "Open Olive Mills" takes place during the first weekend in November, and it is structured as an itinerary which takes you amongst the olive groves , allows you to visit the fully functioning olive mills and generally admire the breathtaking Umbrian landscape. During the event it is possible to talk with producers, to attend seminars, and to taste different types of olive oil with the help of experts. Frantoi Aperti is an itinerary which combines flavour, art, culture, in the green heart of Italy.
