Fiore d'Autunno Gradassi is a single estate extra virgin olive oil from the new autumn harvest, hence its name "Autumn Flower". This unfiltered extra virgin olive oil is cold extracted from the not fully mature olives picked at the very beginning of the harvest. The act of not filtering the oil leaves residues of the olive pulp thus producing a very unique taste of freshly pressed olives.
This exclusive and unique oil enjoys a fresh, herbaceous bouquet and contains high levels of poliphenols and an extremely low acidity level. Fiore d’Autunno is an exceedingly high quality product which manages to embody the flavours of a rich farming tradition together with the respect for our environment.
