The quality of Gradassi's extra virgin olive oils is not only recognised by prestigious prizes such as the Ercole Olivario Prize but this is also rigorously certified. The company is under continuous scrutiny from the following government approved certifying body:
- Parco Tecnologico 3A for the certification of our P.D.O. (Protected Designation of Origin) products. This is the European Union term used to describe foodstuffs which are produced, processed and prepared in a given geographical area using recognised know how. All products which have been quality certified by the European Union will bear the E.U. D.O.P. Logo and is hence a guarantee not only of a very specific geographic provenance of the olives but also a sign of extraordinarily high quality.
