This single single estate extra virgin olive oil, is the most ancient produce of the Gradassi Estate and from the very beginning has positioned itself in the quality restaurant and gastronomy market. Before the creation of the DOP Umbria (Protected Designation of Origin) this extra virgin olive oil was classified as "Typical Umbrian". The olives are hand picked and rapidly cold extracted. This medium fruity extra virgin olive oil has a rich and full bodied flavour.

Particularly suited to dress summer salads, grilled vegetables and bruschetta.
