Positioned near the Clitunno springs in the very heart of Umbria, the Agriristoro or Taverna is a rustic family run restaurant owned by the Gradassi family, which offers authentic genuine Umbrian cuisine.
Formally a workshop the Agriristoro offers in a warm family atmosphere typical Umbrian dishes such as the strangozzo pasta with black truffle, bruschetta with Gradassi’s single estate extra virgin olive oil or P.D.O. red meats whcih are coke infront of you on the roaming fire place which dominates the main room. All rounded off with a glass of Sagrantino DOCG or Montefalco Rosso DOC red wine.
